I’ve always been led by curiosity. It’s taken me from ambulances to boardrooms, flight decks to data dashboards, and now into my newest chapter as a Sales Coach for LinkedIn’s vendor-powered Acquisition program.

 

Today I help external sales teams turn first-time advertisers into long-term LinkedIn success stories. The job is part detective work, part teacher: spotting the story hidden in the numbers, then coaching reps until that story becomes revenue.

 

I love it because it blends everything I’ve picked up along the way:

  • Enterprise advising. As a Senior CSM at LinkedIn I owned a €10 M book across DACH, partnering with C-suites to fix funnel leaks and double-digit CPLs. Quota was met by listening first, pitching second.

  • Go-to-market hustle. In 2020 I led the digital launch of Bolt Food Malta. Six months, #1 market share, and a trio of national marketing awards later, I’d learned how to scale fast without burning trust.

  • High-stakes calm. Four years as a paramedic team leader: 24 successful CPRs and 1 400+ patients: taught me how to stay decisive when the clock is louder than the room.

  • Negotiation & diplomacy. Securing a long-term partnership with a top-five global bank meant translating legal nuance into commercial value, then keeping both sides smiling.

  • Public story-telling. From a Social Media Summit keynote in Switzerland to a 2013 run for the Austrian parliament, I’ve seen how the right message moves people: online and off.
